I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University. The hotel was beautifully decorated, with a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit.

Entering the garage right next to the lobby made parking convenient. The staff provided exceptional service, with a bellman going the extra mile to recommend local antique stores. However, disruptions from a group of high schoolers led to a restless night, and noise levels in the hall were frustrating, detracting from the overall experience.

Just a prime choice for a stopover in Knoxville with good value considering the price it charged. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and reasonably priced. Parking is limited, so arrive early to secure a spot.
